All finished products can be sawn with woodworking tools, nailed, drilled, screwed, rebated, and machined to specialized shapes. Termites & borers will not touch it, tests have been carried out on acid attack (Pure sulphuric and hydrochloric) and no damage was done to the product.

With the full range of products it will be possible for buildings to be immune to fire, (both internal and external) and reduce the intrusion of hot and cold temperatures. Our testing program is demonstrating that severe burning up to 3,500 ºC will produce no smoke, flame, or harmful gas. Product burned at this temperature do not warp bend or lose dimensional stability.

Our research shows a clear benefit of 75% saving in manufacturing cost over any competitor in the world.

We are not yet in production due to the difficulty in raising capital in Australia , however, Australia is our preferred first manufacturing base. We are now actively seeking joint venture partners outside Australia and discussions are currently taking place.

Our proposed project is very large for a vermiculite-based industry. This project will manufacture approximately 1,392 000 cubic meters of product over 5 years of production

This technology will have the ability to enhance the vermiculite industry consumption like never before and raise the bar for value adding in new market and standards creation.

Using a 15% hurdle rate the Project is expected to realise an NPV of $A1.735Billion.

An IRR of 1,436% over 6 years.

The first year will be construction period and years 2 to 6 will be actual trading and will realise an accumulated after tax profit of $A 3.396 Billion.
