Reduced Energy Demand - 18.07.2006
Recent statements to MPs by U.K. energy review and Industry Secretary Alistair Darling, advised Ministers to encourage their people to make their homes more energy efficient. Energy suppliers must get incentives to make households more energy efficient, such as providing more insulation. There would seem to be too much emphasis placed on renewable energies worldwide than the very important point of reducing the demand by higher quality of insulation in building. We would like our potential investors to realise the AFT board is not only immune to flame at temperatures normally experienced in house fires and certainly far beyond that but is the only board in the world capable of producing a co-efficiency superior to its’ competitors while maintaining structural strength.

Assorted Finishes - 04.06.2006
The DCB process is capable of producing a versatile assortment of finishes such as Wood-grain, Brick, Masonry, Ribbed(roofing), Stone, we have not found any finite detail we cannot reproduce. Because of the unique DCB moulding and machining properties there are no limitations to shape form and finish. Because our process can accept extreme pressure and fast-set without springback The AFT board can be produced in any density. This gives the added benefit of reducing thickness to perform the task thicker boards currently perform. Many applications require low density for insulation and a further layer for strength, the AFT board does both in one operation.

Sustainable building also called "environmentally friendly" or "high-performance" building, means having a significantly reduced impact on the Earth's resources compared to conventional building. It also means creating a building that is healthier and more comfortable for its occupants, consequently enhancing productivity. The definition "a sustainable building" is one that is healthy and comfortable for its occupants and is economical to operate. It conserves resources (including energy, water, raw materials) and minimizes the generation of toxic materials and waste in its design, construction, and operation. A green building must demonstrate preservation as well as the enhancement of the entire life cycle of the building and its components.

Energy Efficient Processing - 03.05.2006
The DCB Manufacturing system is highly efficient in that it requires no heat assisted accessories during the pressing and curing segments of production. Neither autoclaving nor baking is required; all finished products are palletized and ready for transport the following day. The DCB system for AFT boards will enable a huge reduction in inventory space and provide a much improved bottom line for the discerning investor.

Recently released warnings on Global Warming must now be taken as a wake-up call by all citizens of the world and the bodies that govern them. Every industry and individual must seek to contribute in every possible way to combat this threat to our very existence and the well-being of future generations. The AFT project will make a significant contribution to reduce this problem by it’s superior insulation properties and consequently a major reduction in energy demand to provide costly heating and cooling comforts.

Refractory Standard, Construction Products. - 27.03.2006
Refractory materials currently are restricted to specialized industrial use such as smelting and processing applications requiring a superior standard of insulation. Due to the high costs of these materials, they were never viable alternatives for general construction in the domestic, commercial or industrial areas. The AFT Board has a high standard of refractoriness as well as providing structural strength for load bearing applications. All these benefits can now be provided at prices comparable to the general building product range worldwide.

Fire Safe, Insulating Sacrificial Sheeting. - 13.03.2006
The ability of AFT board to be rebated enables it to be invisibly joined. This benefit will assist the builder to use it as sacrificial material in applications where forming materials are used, ie: concrete pouring. The invisible join benefit eliminates disfigurement and provides a finished surface. The enormous cost of laying 4to5 sheets of shaft lining material in lift wells or ceilings in high-rise buildings or messy spray-on materials is eliminated as the requirement for insulation and fire resistant ratings of 2-4 hours is already in place by making the forming material sacrificial. Eliminating the need for furring channels as required by gypsum based materials and the inherent fixing problems associated with them. All requirements are met by simply removing the bracing and the job is complete.

Silicosis - 04.03.2006
Many manufacturers of fibrous cement products are facing increased numbers of legal actions over silicosis claims. Breathing the dust while cutting these products causes this debilitating sickness for which there is no cure. All cement based boards add ground silica to add strength to the cement bond. The DCB process contains no silica whatsoever,is non toxic and relatively harmless. However we would not recommend workers cutting any product,even timber without the protection of a mask.
